  • Donald Trump Cautions Roy Moore To Retire Alabama Senate Bid Behind – NowIamUpdated

Careful of the upcoming elections, Mr. Trump cautioned Republican Roy Moore of coinciding with unsatisfactory results given he runs the Alabama Senate bid afresh.

Last time around, Trump did not win the support of Alabama since Republican Roy Moore ran for the position.

Roy Moore lost against his Democratic opponent and Trump does not want to risk it this time with the 2020 elections rounding up. Trump put up a tweet regarding this: “Republicans cannot allow themselves to again lose the Senate seat in the Great State of Alabama”

Roy Moore’s run has been rather dubious, as he was ousted twice of not showing his support towards the federal courts.

Moreover, he has been reported to sexually mistreat young girls. This does not look appealing for the Democrats as the elections are coming up.

Considering the aforementioned points, Donald Trump tweeted

“You are literally the only candidate who could lose a GOP seat in pro-Trump, pro-USA ALABAMA, Running for office should never become a business model.  If you actually care about #MAGA more than your own ego, it’s time to ride off into the sunset, Judge.” on Tuesday.

Trump is openly showing his support to his fellow republican because he truly believes that if the Republicans lose in “the Great State of Alabama” then all the progress that he has made in his time being the president would be at harm including the Pro-life victories.

  • The Abortion Dilemma: Everything a Responsible Citizen needs to know – NowIamUpdated

The new bill makes it illegal to practice abortion in the state.

Streets in major cities the US state of Alabama were flooded by pro-choice activists and supporters of abortion protesting the new bill passed by the thirty-five member state senate.

Earlier this year, the Supreme Court heard a case for implementation of restrictions on abortion in the state of Louisiana, ruling out the bill with a narrow margin.

With the twist of this age, the particular US states have toughened their abortion practices, however, the historic bill relinquished by the Alabama Senate is a milestone in this regard.

It has to lead the way in overturning the 1973 Roe vs Wade ruling, making abortion a legal medical procedure in the United States. This bill has brought many issues with the country’s legal system out of the oblivion.

Recently, the Supreme Court also had to sidestep a part of a related case which could have challenged the law established by the Roe vs Wade case.

The SC set down a request to replace an austere abortion law in Indiana. Indiana enacted a law in 2016, making abortion illegal in the state and laying restrictions on the disposal of fetal remains.

This law was later repealed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In view of this new law passed by Alabama, other states are also reviewing their abortion policies.

With some saying that the abortion debate is no longer about the policy of a state and has turned into a display of power and authority, it has become clear that the US has set out on course for another set of widespread protests over controversial rights issues.

The recent activity in the conservative states like Alabama, Georgia, and Missouri have lead many influential individuals to vocalize their support and many others to protest the dubbed “murder” of unborn children.

Pope Francis lead the support of stricter abortion laws by asking if taking away a human’s life is a solution to any problem.

As the struggle escalates, Missouri Planned Parenthood clinics, which provide government-funded abortion procedures, are running out of funds and almost all have shut down operations.

This is a huge blow to the pro-abortion activists ahead of state senate discussions which take place in no time.

The fate of these laws and the thousands of potential abortion cases hangs in balance as people hopefully wait for the Supreme Courts review of these bills.

  • “My body, my choice!” – Protest with a slogan against the Alabama Abortion Law – NowIamUpdated

On Sunday, hundreds of people marched to the Alabama capital in order to express their protest against the Alabama Abortion Law chanting sentences like “vote them out!” and “my body, my choice!”

The law has been seen to provide no exception other than mother’s life safety – not even rape & incest has been considered as an exception to the law.

As stated by the founder of Planned ParenthoodSoutheast, outlawing abortion does not rest abortion, it just closes the possibility of safe abortion.

Alabama is included in the wave of conservative states that are looking to seek new reforms in the legal challenges faced by the state.

The governors in other states, Ohio, Georgia, and Mississippi, along with Kentucky have approved the law for a ban on abortion after a heartbeat is detected.

There is still a ray of hope that the law will not come into force and the pro-abortion activists are hoping that the apex court of law will scrap it.

The marchers are not demanding the scrapping of anti-abortion law, but also a law for a legalized abortion.

There were activists who shared their horrifying stories of illegal abortion and the suffering they went through.

The protestors mentioned that this is scary and challenging for women in the country. Moreover, the pro-abortion agitation also held at certain other location of the states.

Many non-profit organizations were part of this, one such organization was Yellowhammer fund.

They work for the woman belonging to the low-income sector by helping them with the abortion finances.

Furthermore, the Alabama anti-abortion law supporters are defending the bill by stating that the bill is proof of the state’s belief in religious sentiments that even the life of unborn is precious.
