    The Coronavirus pandemic has caused more than 50,000 deaths and registered a new record 1 million cases worldwide according to stats. As such, WWE was in limbo either to cancel the Wrestlemania 36 or postpone it. But neither of those were good for WWE fans as we have seen how many other sports like Cricket has come to standstill. WWE choose to have the Wrestlemania show without any crowd as there is lockdown everywhere but they have a good number of subscribers online on their WWE Network, so audience is there for them.

    The Wrestlemania 36 will be held behind closed doors for the audience but they can watch their favorite wrestler through the WWE Network.

    So that makes 17 main matches for the Wrestlemania night. The event will be for two days on Saturday, April 4th at 7 PM ET and Sunday, April 5. All the matches will be held at the WWE Performance Center.


  • WWE Summerslam 2019 Match Card, Prediction, Date, Start Time, Location, Winners List

    After Extreme Rules, Summerslam 2019 is the upcoming WWE PPV event also the second biggest after Wrestlemania in terms of numbers. The event will be held in Toronto on 11 August at 7 PM ET and tradition kick-off show starting at 5 PM ET, two hour prior.

    The following matches have been finalised and here is how the Summerslam 2019 match card looks alike –

    For Universal Championship

    Seth Rollins is looking for payback and he is coming for his Universal Championship.

    Ricochet after losing the US Championship at Extreme Rules is the right match to fight against AJ Styles.

    There is some action in the cruiser weight division as well.

    Kevin Owens vs Shane McMahon

    If Shane wins then Kevin will quit WWE and we know what it means to Kevin Owens. Previously he quit in desperation and if he losses again, he will again come back in WWE.

    Bray Wyatt vs Finn Balor

    Bray Wyatt comes back to WWE and will compete against known and fierce Finn Balor.

    Goldberg vs Dolph Ziggler

    Still more matches will be finalised even a day ahead of upcoming WWE PPV.

    After attack on Roman Reigns, it will not be Samao Joe as his competitor but Eric Rowan and Daniel Bryan who hit him through a car. So it’s likely to be unlikely pair of Samao Joe and Roman Reigns taking on Daniel Bryan and co.

    Talking about upcoming WWE events, the Wrestlemania 2020 date and Royal Rumble 2020 date are now announced.

  • WWE Royal Rumble 2020 Date set to January 26; Venue finalised as Minute Maid Park

    WWE has started finalising the 2020 Pay Per View events date as we are already into the second half of 2019. After announcing the WWE Wrestlemania 36 date, WWE Royal Rumble date and venue are now finalised.

    The WWE officials finalised the Royal Rumble 2020 date to January 26 and venue finalised as Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas. Just before Wrestlemania, there will be Elimination Chamber and Fastlane as two intermediate WWE PPV events and a NXT TakeOver.

    WWE Royal Rumble has its own importance as the winner of Man’s Royal Rumble and Women’s Royal Rumble match gets the opportunity to face the WWE Champion and Women’s Champion of their choice at Wrestlemania, the following WWE PPV event.

    From January 26, the winner will get enough time to prepare for their life-time opportunity match. They will have more than 60 days to mentally prepare for big time. In 2019, Kofi Kingston made most of it as he claimed the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania. Who will do it next year? We have to wait and watch.

    The match card for the Royal Rumble 2020 will be finalised after the TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs Pay Per view event. The 2019 year will mark as the highest number of PPV events hosted by WWE in a calendar year. In 2018, WWE hosted 23 pay per view and this year it will be 24 in total.

According to the numbers, Summerslam is the second biggest WWE Pay-Per-View event after Wrestlemania and next year Wrestlemania 36 will be held at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on April 5th.     Summerslam 2019 venue is finalised as Scotiabank Arena Toronto, Ontario, Canada on August 11th. Since it’s the year’s second biggest PPV event, there will be a lot of fun and entertainment.

    Once again the highlight will be on the Universal Championship as Brock Lesnar on Extreme Rules night cashed-in his Money in the Bank Contract on Seth Rollins to win the prestigious RAW championship.

    Monday Night RAW episode following the Extreme Rules, there was a 10 man battle royal to determine who will face Brock Lesnar at Summerslam. 10 Superstars from WWE RAW and SmackDown LIVE collided for the right to challenge Brock Lesnar and Seth Rollins emergd as the winner. So, Seth vs Brock match is finalised and that will be the highlight of the PPV event.

    RAW Women’s Title challenger at SummerSlam was determined with a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match on RAW 15 July episode. Veteran Natalya won the battle.

  • Wrestlemania 36 to be Held on April 5th 2020 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa – NowIamUpdated

    World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has announced the Wrestlemania 36 date. It will be held on April 5th 2020 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. It’s a flagship WWE event held yearly in the first week of April and it’s the sixth most valuable sports brand in the world, according to Forbes.

    Several superstars from RAW, SmackDown and 205 Live brands will compete for the prestigious WWE titles as it will be on the line. The event will be witnessed by more than 80,000 fans live and millions of people through WWE Network broadcast.

    WWE will celebrate its 36th-anniversary of Wrestlemania PPV event alongside WWE fans in Florida. It’s one of the biggest upcoming Pay Per View event in terms of attendance count at the stadium.

    Raymond James Stadium is a multi-purpose football stadium and its home for Tampa Bay Buccaneers team of National Football League (NFL). It has a capacity of 65,618 and can be expanded to 75,000.

    The Wrestlemania 2019 was held at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on April 7th. It was an eventful night with several title changes and a few disappointing retirements.

    Kofi Kingston became WWE Champion for the first time as he defeated Daniel Bryan and Seth Rollins won his first Universal Championship by defeating Brock Lesnar. Becky Lynch defeated SmackDown Women’s champion Charlotte Flair and RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey in a Winner takes All triple threat match to win both the championship. Kurt Angle and Batista were ended up losing their farewell match in WWE. It ran for more than 7 hours of entertainment with a total of 16 matches.

  • WWE Super ShowDown 2019 Match Card, Start Time, Date, Venue – NowIamUpdated

    WWE Super ShowDown 2019 is on this Friday, June 7th in Dubai.

    WWE will host the Super ShowDown Pay per View event on Friday, June 7th in Saudi Arabia. The venue is finalized as King Abdullah International Stadium and it will be second such event under Super ShowDown chronology.

    Superstars from both WWE RAW and SmackDown Live will be participating in the events and female wrestlers are banned at this event due to the limited rights in this part of the world.

    From the scripted storylines, the following match card is finalised –

    Kofi Kingston vs Dolph Ziggler

    It was supposed to be Kevins Owens contending for the WWE Championship match but he has refused to be part of Super ShowDown in support of LGBT people in the country. This has lead WWE to bring-in Dolph Ziggler as his replacement.

    50 Man Battle Royal

    Started last year, Super ShowDown will feature a 50-man battle royal, the largest in-ring battle in terms of participants in WWE history.

    Triple H vs Randy Orton

    Former members of evolution will collide once again. Will Triple H use cheap tactics to defeat Randy Orton?

    Bobby Lashley vs Braun Strowman

    Bobby Lashley vs Braun Strowman rivalry continues as both the lethal competitor will square off in Jeddah.

    Finn Balor vs Andrade

    Andrade takes on Finn Balor for the WWE Intercontinental Championship match.

    Roman Reigns vs Shane McMahon

    The big dog fans will see him fighting against the Shane McMahon.

    Seth Rollins vs Baron Corbin

    Baron Corbin is the #1 contender for the WWE Universal Championship and I am sure Seth Rollins is prepared to defend his title.

    Lars Sullivan v Lucha House Party

    Lars continues to manhandle WWE superstars ever since his debut. Finally, he gets his first WWE PPV appearance in a 3-on-1 Handicap match.

    The Undertaker vs Goldberg

    Last but not the least, Goldberg will take on The Undertaker for the first time in history in one on one match and the later has vowed to retire Goldberg on the night.

    So, that’s a total of 9 matches scheduled for Super ShowDown. WWE has also announced few matches for Stomping Grounds on Friday, June 23rd in Washington and also announced Wrestlemania 36 date.

    WWE since their division into WWE Monday Night RAW and SmackDown Live have increased the number of pay per view(PPV) aired yearly. After first ever Super Show Down this year, WWE adds Stomping Grounds event to their PPV.

    WWE will present it’s first ever Stomping Grounds events on Sunday, June 23rd. The venue has been finalised as Tacoma in Washington city and comes just 20 days after Super ShowDown.

    WWE have to hurry up the things for both the Super Show Down on June 7th and now for Stomping Grounds PPV. Also WWE recently announced the Wrestlemania 2020 date as April 5th at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

    They will have to set forth a new storylines for all the matches on June 23rd. As of now its hard to tell about the match cards for the night but almost all the major titles will be on the line. Superstars from both RAW and SmackDown Live roster will be participating in the event.

    Bayley vs Alexa Bliss

    Bayley will defend her WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship against Alexa Bliss at Stomping Grounds.

    Alexa became the #1 contender after she defeated Charlotte Flair and Carmella in a triple threat match on 4th June episode of SmackDown Live episode.

    Roman Reigns vs Shane McMahon : It’s family vs family when we come to Shane McMahon vs Roman Reigns battle and this could possibly be happen at WWE Stomping Grounds.

    RAW Women’s Championship: RAW Women’s Championship will be on the line after Becky Lynch interrupted the proceeding between Charlotte Flair vs Lacey Evans match on 3rd June 2019 RAW episode.

    So it will be Becky Lynch vs Charlotte Flair vs Lacey Evans in a triple threat match.

    Women’s Tag Team Championship: The IIconics will have to defend their Women’s tag team championship for the first time at Stomping Grounds in Washington against The Kabuki Warriors(team of Kairi Saine and Asuka with Paige as the Manager).
